Emerald is a wonderful green,Energy healer and a much admired stone. It is one of the most valuable gemstone due to its durability and rarity. Emerald is also a healing stone for relationships, for the heart, and for health. Emerald is the green variety of the mineral beryl. Pure beryl is white in color. Emerald's green color is caused by chromium impurities (and occasionally by vanadium impurities). Deep green is the most desired color in emeralds.
UsesTransparent emeralds are faceted in gem cuts for jewelry, and translucent material is cut and polished into cabochons and beads. Trapiche emeralds are also cut into cabochons, making exquisite jewelry pieces. |

Ruby is the red variety of the corundum mineral, one of the hardest minerals on Earth. The glowing colour of the Ruby was likened to an enduring fire by the Hindus. This magnificent red variety of the multi-coloured corundum family, consists of aluminium oxide and chrome as well as smallest proportions of other trace elements - depending on the respective occurrence.
